- How do I update my content in CCH Document Manager?
Log into your Document Manager Administration Module. Click the green button (upload/download content updates) and let it run. This box disappears when it's done. Click the blue button (review & apply content updates) and keep an eye out for content marked "send to draft". Click Update. - How do I update my content in iFirm Intranet?
Log into iFirm as an administrator. Business Fitness Content will automatically appear in your intranet unless your firm has previously taken control. Watch this short video on how to manage content updates in iFirm or see the Manage publisher content page in our iFirm help centre. -
Why is something marked "send to draft?" in Document Manager
This means you have most likely customised the piece of content, and it is protected. You may need to have the new content approved by a manager and it may need to be re-customised. -
How do I change content from Draft?
Open the document properties of (i.e. double-click on) the current content item. Clear the check box marked Protect, Save & Close. Then open the Draft document and change the status from Draft to Published, Save & Close. - How do I know what has been changed in a content update?

Why, when I've just run an update, and you've just released a new version of something, does my content seem out of date?
Check and see if the new one is in your Drafts folder in the Admin Module. -
I get a synchronisation error when I go to run my content update in Document Manager - how do I fix it?
Check the time on your computer's clock is correct. If this doesn't work, please call 0800 946434 and select option 3 for technical support, then option 5 for 'other products'. - How do I make a content suggestion?

Yes, you can use the CCH iFirm help centre or the Document Manager help centre. - Why are some documents blank in Document Manager / Why do I get an SQL error when I try to open some documents?
This is a SQL error Document Manager, please call 0800 946434 and select option 3 for technical support, then option 5 for 'other products'. - Can I turn off that annoying "hold down Ctrl + click" thing in Microsoft Word?
Yes, go to Tools > Options in 2003 or Office Button > Word Options > Advanced in 2007-13.

I can't see my Standard text mark or Body start & end, how do I turn them on?
Go to Tools > Options in 2003 or Office Button > Word Options > Proofing in 2007-13. -
I've lost my CCH toolbars in Word - how do I get them back?
In Word 2003, go to View > Toolbars > Acclipse. In Word 2007-13 use Office Button > Add-ins > Manage: Disabled Items and enable what you need. -
