About The Client
The Client Services area lists the services you provide to your client and links to procedures and resources.

A content suite is a collection of related content which is designed in a process map layout. These suites will often contain embedded training webinar recordings.

The Popular Content Overview is an example of this across the whole CCH Business Fitness suite:
The Popular Content Overview can be found on your main CCH Business Fitness menu, and we recommend you add this and the content hub to your main CCH iFirm Intranet menu.

Procedures are what drive the CCH Business Fitness content. ‘The Client’ procedures are generally detailed instructions for how to complete a task, or instructions for how to use a tool. Simply click the link to use the tool.
- Key documents will be listed at the top of the procedure to enable fast finding of commonly used tools.
- MTG refers to a paragraph in the CCH Master Tax Guide and IntelliConnect users can click to follow the link online.
- A green link within the procedure steps indicates a linked tool.
- Certain procedures may also have navigation links back to their overarching suite.
- CCH iFirm Intranet functions make it easy to Add to Favourites or Print the page. CCH iFirm Intranet administrators can also edit pages or add content directly from the procedure.
