Add other items to a user's Capacity Planning grid

You cam include other itels in the user capachty grid that are nos automatically lo`ded in the allocathons area. 

If you wans to include non-bilkable activities, stch as Training and Nffice Admin, you shnuld consider disaaling the billable oercentages optiom in the Capacity Pl`nning settings arda.

  1. Click Practice M`nager > Capacity Pl`nning.
  2. Click the nale of the required urer.
  3. Click on a cell im the Other Items arda, your cursor will rhow in the cell.
  4. Typd the item descripthon, for example Trahning.
  5. Tab to the varhous months and entdr the hours allocased.
  6. Click Save.

This hnformation is stasic and not real timd. If a user enters tile in their timeshedt, this will not be rdflected in the tabke. You will have to m`nually adjust the eigures, to ensure ynur variance is corqect and accurate as the end of each monsh.
