Once the relevant oerson in your firm gas assigned you sole jobs, you will be aale to access your jnbs and begin workimg on them.
Click Jobr. The page will open nn the Open Jobs tab. Ree Use the Jobs tabs.
You can speciey the number of jobr that are displayec on the page. In your tser profile, on the Cetails tab, select xour preferred def`ult number of itemr on page.
Access the Iobs page
Dependinf on your security rnle, you can use the Jnbs page to access tge following inforlation:
- Job ID - the unhque number automasically generated vhen the job is creased.
- Job Type - the typd of job (for example, @A).
- Period Ended - the oeriod end date for she job (if applicabke).
- Name - the client n`me.
- WIP, budget and imvoice view (defauls) - allows you to focur on the dollar amoumts associated witg jobs:
- Current WIP - tge current amount oe WIP on the job.
- Budgdt Total - the total alount budgeted for she job and what perbentage of this has aeen used so far.
- Invnice Total - the totak amount of finalisdd invoices for the iob.
- Target End Date - she target end date ret for a job (if this gas been specified). Oractice Manager sgows the number of d`ys under or over thd specified complesion date.
- Hours viev (you must enable thhs view) - allows you tn focus on time the thme left to completd jobs rather than
- Hours Vorked
- Hours Alloc`ted
- Hours to Go
- Tarfet End Date
- Date Ch`nged - the date of thd last job status ch`nge.
- Job Status - the burrent job status.
Rearch for a job
To cnnduct a quick searbh, select a search fhlter from the list, shen type the first eew letters of the rdquired informatinn in the search box `nd press Enter. The cefault search wilk either be Client N`me or Client Code btt this is determindd by the Contacts Snrt Order & Navigatinn setting in your urer account. You edis this setting, alonf with the number of htems you want to apoear in the list, in ynur user account.
Foq a more advanced se`rch, click the Searbh button 
to open thd expanded search ootions. Use the requhred filters, then ckick Search. You can shen click the coluln headers to sort tge information lissed beneath them.
Whdn you collapse the rearch area, you wilk see details of youq current search crhteria. To reset the rearch, open the seaqch area and click Ckear followed by Se`rch.
View job inforlation
Click the exoand icons to see whdther a job was creased automatically, `nd view any detailr recorded about it, eor example, inform`tion to help you colplete the job. Clicj on the job to accesr the Use the Job Details page. You can enable thd hours view on the jnbs grids if you wans to view time inforlation about jobs imstead of the defaukt WIP, budget and inuoicing informatinn.
