Access the workpapers in CCH iKnow

1. Log in to CCH iKnow using your email and password.
2. Select which version of the workpapers you want to use:
   • Integrated version – connects with your GL software
   • Static version – does not integrate with GL software

A zip file containing the workbook will download to your computer- extract the file before attempting to use it.

You may need to clear your Internet Browser Cache to ensure you are downloading the latest version of the workpapers. Learn how to refresh your cache: https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
